Matt Sharritt, Ph.D., is Founder of two Naperville businesses, Situated Research and CueCamp. He is also Founder of the Naperville Business Network and President of the Naperville Outdoor Alliance, a local nonprofit organization focused on helping underprivileged kids participate in outdoor activities. Matt resides in Naperville with his wife Michel and his two children, Madeleine and Ethan.
Matt founded Situated Research in 2008, which specializes in user-experience (UX) research and usability testing within software, video games, apps, and websites. Following, he and his wife Michel founded CueCamp, which specializes in digital marketing: including website design, social media marketing, digital ads, and marketing automation.
Dr. Sharritt is a graduate of the interdisciplinary Communication & Information Sciences Ph.D. program at the University of Hawai’i, which specializes in communication, computer science, information science, human-computer interaction, and IT management. Prior, he obtained his M.S. in Information & Computer Sciences at the University of Hawai’i and his B.S. at Marquette University in Computer Engineering.
Matt’s professional interests focus on usability, user-experience (UX) research, and effective communication: which he applies in both of his businesses and a local networking group he and his wife founded called Naperville Business Network.
